Hugo Cisneros is the Director and Principal Consultant of 20 One, bringing more than 15 years of international experience delivering complex transport, aviation, and critical infrastructure projects across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. A Civil Engineer and experienced Project Manager, Hugo has led multidisciplinary teams and advised government agencies, asset owners, consultants, and contractors through all stages of the project lifecycle. His expertise spans project management, commercial advisory, procurement, stakeholder engagement, project readiness, and infrastructure delivery, with a practical, collaborative approach focused on achieving successful outcomes for clients.
